A hectic afternoon, Dailie fields.

                    Usual 2 Redshank, Raggalds Flood

           Linnet numbers increasing, Dailie Fields.

                                          A new visitor, Heron
                                        along with 2 Jays.

6 Buzzards view able from the my watch point

A showery morning with a moderate SW>4 clearing late afternoon to clear blue skies and a S>3.
Plenty activity down the Dailie Fields late p.m. with a good show of raptors throughout and several passerines but no Warblers as yet.
At least 6 Buzzard were airborne looking across over Thornton, Baildon Moor, Clayton areas , as well as 2 Peregrines and 2 Sparrowhawk, whilst another 2 Swallows headed up the Aire Valley. A Heron and 2 Jays were new birds with an increase in Linnets.
A pleasing watch with activity from start to finish.
Just the 2 Redshank on Raggalds Flood with no sign of yesterdays Wheatear and none showing on the Old Guy Road cricket field although I didn,t hang about there with walkers everywhere.
