The Oxenhope lads vis migging.
Another morning of fog on the tops so down to Ogden which was just below the cloud base with very heavy rain but clearing by 0930 hrs to leave grey skies on a light SSW>3 at 10 degrees.
Plenty birds to see to pass the time on but nothing special other than a small skein of 17 Pinkies closely followed by another 4 way to the south of me, probably over Mixenden and very high. Canadas were moving around but possibly local birds whilst 2 Jays went over very high and >W.
Still no signs of Redwings moving from Ogden or later from Ned Hill watch point apart from 3 heading >S, which were probably post roosting birds from the plantation, and 2 Fieldfare heading east.
No second bite of the cherry today with a busy afternoon so hopefully I,ll be able to get back to Fly Flatts in the morning although the fog is thick in Queensbury tonight.
