Fly Flatts a.m.

                                        Little Ringed Plover
                                                Distant Snipe
           Lapwing chick on walk about.

A better morning at Fly Flatts with a cold NE>4 and 60 % cloud cover but still enough ground warmth to create heat deterioration.
Other than gulls the east bank held just the normal Dunlins , Common Sandpipers and Redshanks whilst the south bank and ponds held 9 Dunlin, 4 Redshank,
umpteen Common Sandpipers and a single Little Ringed Plover along with Lapwings, Curlews and geese. All quiet in the skies other than several Swallows and Swifts in no general direction.
