Back to normal, icy cold Fly Flatts a.m.

   Goldies moving around the top fields






A much improved morning at Fly Flatts with 100% cloud cover and a cold E>3 increasing E>4 with hazy visibility.
                      Birds were much livelier with Common Sandpiper and Redshank using the SE corner but still awaiting Ringed Plover and Dunlin.
A new fall of Wheatear became apparent with 4 near the water and another 4 part way up the track towards the top gate where there were 4 Golden Plover in the top field.
                                                              A group of 8 1st year Herring gulls moved through at distance all >NE with 4 LBB gulls on the shoreline.
