With just 15 minutes spare at lunch time it was up to Corporal Hill to see what was moving.
Mainly it was Hirundines heading >S along with a small number of Swifts all following the line of Shibden Valley but very high and direct.
Several blogging Swallows were feeding over the mature trees.
Wagtails are starting to trickle through with 3 Albas >W and a surprise with 2 Jays very high also >W.
Several Linnets and Greenfinch were in the area along with a few Meadow Pipits and a single Skylark.
