The garage resident brought his mate today to sample the grub.
After dark , looking >W over Old Guy Rd.
A dull grey day until 1500hrs when the sun finally broke through bringing blue skies for the rest of the daylight hours. The wind had thankfully dropped today leaving it calm.
A steady flow of Herring gulls >W this morning had ceased by midday and Mipit movement only lasted until 0830hrs, strangely all this mornings Mipits were moving >S.
One hours gardening till dark tonight found swarms of Midges about coinciding with several Pipistrelle bats hunting after dark found when dog walking over the mountain towards Old Guy Rd.
Dont know anything about bats but this seemed early in the year as I dont usually see them until May time.
