Wheatears all the way

                  2 of 6 Wheatear Raggalds Flood,  1m 5f

Shelf Moor Trailer park  7 f Wheatear

This is the bird from the other day with blue flank downy feather

                                Zooming in close

A dinner time dash to the Raggalds Flood found 1m and 5 f Wheatears around the walls and near the water but otherwise deserted. Not looking good on the return of the Redshanks this time but we live in hopes.

A check of the trailer park at 1900hrs found 7 f Wheatear in the field and around the back wall.
3 Meadow Pipits were also present along with 3 drake Mallards.
