Out and About

                Lesser Black Backed moving through
                                     Plenty Mistle Thrush around
                                   Oystercatchers everywhere

                                       Lower Laithe Reservoir

A poor morning spoilt with the howling W>6-7, typical for the weekend after a real spring like week working. Some early morning mist soon cleared letting the sun through but remaining icy cold.

Leeshaw was poor due to the winds so dropped down to Lower Laithe and walked along the valley footpath towards Howarth which is beautiful countryside with crippling views.
Unfortunately there is no access to the water so it,s a scoping job from the roadside.
