Ogden

                                          Coot, a mega for Ogden.

                                           1 of 4 Treecreepers
                                     Long Tailed Tit, several active.
                                   2 Pr Bullfinch but mobile.

An atrocious start to the morning with near gale force >NW> 6 - 7 and torrential rain which eased by 0845hrs brightening up and the wind decreasing slightly.
The light was a photographers nightmare and ended up deleting about 30 photos of Bullfinch , Treecreeper etc taken in the edge of the wood.
First bird was a Green Woodpecker which flew over the carpark in the dark as I arrived at 0745 and another was seen later around the other side.
Tit flocks were active and 2 pair of Bullfinch were good to see.
Around 40 small gulls on the water and a suprise with a Coot, a real rarity for this area.
Heavy waves and white horses on the water so if any Teal were about it would have been difficult to see them.
