Fly Flatts

Red Grouse, the only birds present.

Fly Flatts  0630-1000hrs   Blue skies, hot sunshine, dead calm.

As expected a terrible birding morning in the weather conditions with most sightings through the scope either very high or well to the west where the skies were cloudy. The Oxenhope boys were doing better over the hill where there was a cool wind blowing.
Saved on camera battery power this morning as apart from the distant Red Grouse it never left the bag.
