Ogden Skywatch.

                                  Male Goosander still present

LBB gulls heading >E to roost

Ogden 1700-1815 hrs.
Another of my favourite weather birding nights with low cloud, slight S>2 and light rain although during the watch the rain got a bit out of hand coming down in stair rods for a while giving me a reet good soaking.
Got my stall set up at the passerine alley watch point and watched the sky for 1 hour with the smell of moving birds in the air, a perfect evening for a mega going through or a nice raft of Scoters dropping in on the water.
Needless to say, neither happened but by the end of the watch I had a healthy list of birds to say how heavy the rain was coming down.
