Leeshaw/Fly Flatts

                                           LBB gulls on the prowl
Lazy June, Oystercatchers taking it easy

                                       as well as Cormorant
                                 Plenty Linnets around
Rabbits coming back well after the last Myxomatosis outbreak.

A poor foggy start not clearing until 0830 hrs at Leeshaw and even then the cloud was low blanking out any sky watching.
Nothing unusual apart from Snipe activity with several distant birds up drumming whilst the water was busy with Greylag and Canada geese with good numbers of young.

On to Fly Flatts at 0930 hrs  to find it still in the mist although the water and moor was scopeable.
As with Leeshaw, Snipe were very active here with birds up drumming and several chirping birds on wall tops. Otherwise it was the usual sp.
