A dip on more Whoopers

A misty, calm Ogden at last light

A grey and misty morn brightening slightly p.m. but some heavy hail showers.
Good to know the Snow Bunting is still on Soil Hill with first a report from DP followed later by a sighting from NK  who then went on to find 4 Whooper Swans on Ogden, see Nigels blog for report and pics.
With a bit of daylight left after work it was a quick dash over to Ogden with the camera expecting the Whoopers to stop overnight but they had different ideas and were gone.
The water was dead still with an eerie mist hanging over it and feeling much milder.
A good count of 18 Canadas with them still coming in as I left but no signs of the Barnacle. Otherwise it was just Mallard and a single BH gull.
