Fog and more Fog

Dense fog and heavy rain showers with a cold ENE>4 made it feel more like Nov 1st instead of May 1st.
As I finished my tea and looked out at 1800hrs the fog had cleared so it was grab the camera and bins and off to check the Raggalds Flood but before I,d got 50yds the fog had dropped again as thick as ever so back to base.
At 1930hrs the fog cleared again so in fading light off I went again , with this time, the fog staying away.
The flood is just a large puddle at the moment but plenty mud to attract something down but no Yellow Wag for me today. A pair of Wheatear were present along with a Pied Wagtail and 2 Stock Doves.
