L.R.P. for the Flood.

Little Ringed Plover in with the 2 Redshank

3 for the price of 2, Pied Wag stealing the shot
                                   Its that Wag again

                                                                                               Photos, B.S.

Well done to NK today ,(  the man with the eyes of a *hit ole rat ), for picking out a LRP on the Raggalds Flood.  This bird was near impossible to see in certain areas so well done for that Nigel.
I shot up there at 1800hrs to find the bird along with 2 Redshank, 2 Pied Wagtail and 4 Swallows buzzing around.
Who would believe that a puddle in a field could pick up such good birds.

I'm glad you got it out in the open to confirm with those good photos. As you say who would believe waders on a tiny trickle like that.
