Buzzards on the move

With a shortened dinner time due to docs, chemists and district nurses it was a quick dog walk up Foxhill which proved good but disappointing photo wise.
Four dots in the sky came from the east ultra high  but near enough to i.d. them as Buzzards soaring slowly and drifting >SW towards the Ovenden area.
Unfortunately I had the Canon 50x with me which is good for zooming in still subjects but worse than useless for flight shots and try as I may I could,nt get a focus on full zoom and in the bright sky. Within minutes the 4 had drifted across the sun and lost from sight.
Plenty birds high up on the thermals during the afternoon with corvids and gulls all ridiculously high. Tried for DJS,s Raven but it avoided the garage sky space but thanks for the text Dave.
