Micks strange owl sp.

When I arrived at Leeshaw Sunday morning Mick Whitelock was near the banking taking what I thought could be a good find. The above picture was the result.
This decoy has been placed on the reservoir valve tower to deter either gulls or Cormorants and can be a bit of a distraction if seen from a distance.
Have got all the books out for an ID Mick, will be a shock if we see it doing a circuit of the reservoir.
