Ogden, evening visit

Always plenty Black Headed gulls
                                   Common gulls slowly returning
                                Heron mobbed by BHGs
                                   Distant Goosander heading for Oxenhope
                                  Last light over Ovenden Moor

A quick once around Ogden this evening last light found nothing unusual but plenty activity.
Black Headed gulls took it in turn to mob the 2 Herons ever time they moved whilst hundreds of Swallows were overhead feeding on the ample supply of Midges present.
Common gulls were slowly starting to trickle back and a distant female goosander headed for the roost at Oxenhope.

2 Heron

Plenty ignorant joggers that havent the courtesy to say thank you when I pull the dogs back and stand in to let them pass, but they always have to stop for me the next lap round.
