Swifts on the move

Another warm bright day with blue skies  most of the time.
Not much birding time today as busy at work and busy with jobs at home on an evening but lunch time saw several Swifts very high and >N heading up the aire valley and 6 Swallows, Ive yet to see a House or Sand Martin this time.
Thanks to DP for calling in the garage today and reporting a Ring Necked Parakeet at Mixenden reservoir which could have been the real thing or escaped from the nearby tropical bird farm although Dave didnt see a leg ring.  Dave also got a Cuckoo in Luddenden valley .
