Fly Flatts late afternoon

Wheatear playing peek a boo with me.

                                           Kestrel over the moors
                                                  Several Wheatears in the area

                                                  7 Curlew over >SW

Scum of the earth .Sad mens 4x4s . The nature haters.

A decent 2 hr at Fly Flatts, 1600-1800hrs apart from seeing the saddos trying to shoot every Grouse on the moor. Can,t see the sport in standing in a row with guns whilst a set of half wit beaters scare the grouse over the top of the gunmen so they can shoot them from close range.
Apart from that setback 7 Curlew came over >SW whilst a walk on the top road produced 11 Wheatear plus 4 on the rocks at the bottom and 3 in the field opposite the Windfarm car park.
Plenty Swallows over and several Red Grouse dodging the lead shot but no Twite, Whinchat or Swifts.
