Shibden Top .

                                         Still young crows about
                                               Green Lane
                                          SW across Shibden Valley
Qby school and  Black Dyke Mill

Back to another day of rain and drizzle with some heavy showers. Nothing much going on over the village today although nearly every time I checked the sky there was either a Black Headed or LBB gull there but never in numbers and always just steadily moving around in no particular direction.
Fifteen minutes at Shibden top this evening on my way back from Shelf Moor hoping for gulls over the valley found very little although the rain was coming down quite heavy.
A few Black Headeds were drifting >SW along with several Swallows but no Swifts tonight.
Otherwise it was down to 2 families of Crows, 8 Linnet and 12 Goldfinch.
