Eck ! Its raining stair rods

            View from the back bedroom window this evening

                       So much for the reservoirs and Waders.


         An idea of the height LBBs are moving over at.

Not a bad day apart from the sticky heat to work in. That was until 1900hrs when the skies turned black and the heavens opened with white water torrential rain with thunder and lightening lasting almost 1 hour.
The skies remained quiet throughout the day until late afternoon when a few LBB gulls came over mainly >NE and mostly very high hardly visible to the naked eye.
Well done to NK for getting his Ogden Two Barred Crossbill passed by the powers that be.
