Queensbury Today

A mild day with a W>4 with some sunshine until late afternoon when it clouded over and the wind increased slightly and a sharp drop in temperature with a promise of heavy snow tonight and if it does snow Queensbury will be the first to know.
A few gulls continued to move today with a steady flow of LBBs >N along with a lower number of Common gulls.
A group of 3 then 4 Alba Wagtails came over high and >NE whilst up to 40 Woodpigeons headed >E.
Hopefully some rain or snow will fill the scrapes on Soil Hill in time to get some waders down
