The Breeding Season

As from now until the end of the breeding season birds of a sensitive nature will be omitted from this blog due to a small percentage of undesirables who take their pleasure from egg collecting, nest destroying and the killing and trapping of birds.
Reports of non breeding birds moving through the area will still be published. BS

You were down in the gulley when the Curlew came through, it came low over the hill then >S just to the east of Mixenden res keeping low.
Parts of the hill are still Bunting friendly but the worry is the grass is growing thick and fast. In time when he,s finished and got it all seeded it will just end up like meadow land. All the SE corner now is thick grass. May have to club together and buy Nigel some shears.
