The sacred hill

Mipits flocking at the ready
A fall of Wheatear ready to move tonight.

Soil Hill . pm visit.
Once again the hill has provided with a fall of very flighty ,timid Wheatear. These birds must have arrived this p.m. as NK was up there this morning. Meadow Pipits were everywhere obviously ready for moving on,several young birds were amongst them.
All the activity was around the reservoir field and mast area which was lucky as the rest of the hill was out of bounds due to clowns on motorbikes.

18 Wheatear
127 Meadow Pipit
